We are seeking a skilled Caregiving Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiving Specialist, you will provide high quality care to our residents at Jemalong Residential Village in Forbes.

About the Role

  • Assist with personal care tasks such as showering and dressing
  • Support residents with eating and social activities
  • Work closely with clinical team members to follow individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure residents' health and wellbeing are optimised
  • Provide excellent service to families and the community

Requirements

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for caregiving
  • Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A reliable team player with a commitment to excellence
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety principles
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
