
Care Specialist

This role is for a dedicated support worker who will join our team of experienced professionals working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment and provide high-quality evidence-based clinical services that meet the individual needs of clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized support and care to clients in various settings including home, community, and schools.
- Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans to increase skills and enhance independence.
- Collaborate with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA), Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences, Criminology, Childhood Education & Care, Health Science, Allied Health or Nursing.
- NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses.
- A car and driver's license.
- National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
