About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in civil construction will ensure that all sites are operated safely and efficiently.

  • Conduct thorough site inspections to guarantee quality and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining a high level of workmanship.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in civil construction (at least 3 years in a similar role), a solid foundation in typical civil works, and be proficient in understanding, reviewing, and working to project drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships between various trades and ensure subcontractors perform their tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to uphold our company's reputation.
  • Participate in regular health and safety inspections and investigations, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in civil construction with relevant competencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer and mobile device skills for daily use of software and applications.
