Customer Experience Associate

We're seeking a compassionate and organized individual to assist Radiation Oncologists with administrative tasks, manage clinic schedules, book appointments, and gather patient records.

This is a patient-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for patients and referring doctors, collating and managing patient records, including accurate data entry and filing.

  • Act as the primary liaison between patients, doctors, and other departments.
  • Manage and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless clinic operations.
