Executive Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive to join our team as a Broking Team Leader.

As a key member of our National Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of brokers and managing a portfolio of key accounts. Your primary objective will be to deliver best-in-class risk management solutions to mid-market clients across Australia.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key client portfolios and lead teams of experienced brokers
  • Handle a portfolio of key accounts while leading a team of brokers
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience
  • Identify development opportunities and design appropriate servicing solutions
  • Develop new and profitable business within the Commercial segment
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Commercial business
  • Achieve renewal and new business targets
  • Mentor and develop team members within the region

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as an Insurance Broker with leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products
  • Hold Tier 1 Qualifications in Insurance
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Experience or interest in mentorship and/or team leadership
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial flair with demonstrated new business success
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant working experience
  • Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
