Commercial Project Coordinator Role
- Manage commercial processes across multiple projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Process and manage variations, RFIs, EOTs, and progress claims in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Monitor project expenses, forecast costs, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract conditions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate document control and quality assurance using systems such as Procore or Aconex.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator with a strong understanding of commercial processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive outcomes with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with commercial software and platforms.
- A competitive day rate with a 6-month contract.
- A supportive project team and structured systems.
- Experience working on large-scale projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
