**Job Opportunity:** Service Delivery Business Advisor

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Service Delivery Business Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning the Customer Service Integration program with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in the superannuation industry, particularly in ART;
  • High-level technical knowledge of ART's ways of working, products, processes, and systems;
  • Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple activities;
  • Significant knowledge of financial services laws and regulations;
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes.

As a Service Delivery Business Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic guidance and specialist advice to ensure alignment with organizational objectives;
  • Acting as the key liaison between teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration;
  • Assessing trade-offs, risks, and funding requirements to ensure business cases reflect highest priorities;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective engagement, decision-making, and approvals;
  • Monitoring program progress and impacts to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
