To succeed you will need to be an experienced business consultant, who can apply their skills and knowledge to support our clients to meet their challenging and complex business needs. The role is a hands-on position, working on a variety of different activities, including, but not limited to:

• Deliver customer value: Utilising your business consultants' skills, toolset, and background to deliver high quality outcomes for our clients in line with timeframes and other needs.

• Engage and collaborate: Proactively engage and collaborate directly with our clients to empathise and understand their business goals and objectives.

• Analysis and insights: Combine your experience and skillset, with our client's understanding and knowledge of the business to become fully immersed in understanding current state issues and constraints, their desired and targeted future state and all the intermediate steps required to achieve that future state and vision.

• Establishment of written documentation: Developing of required written documentation to underpin analysis, including modelling, graphics, and evaluation techniques.

• Workshop and meeting facilitation: Ability to host client-facing sessions to capture information, generate ideas, facilitate discussion, and summarise outcomes.

• Cross-team contribution: Provide valuable expertise and advice that recognises and manages relevant interdependencies.

Please note this role will require the majority of time in the Brisbane CBD office, working within our close-knit team and near our major clients.
