As a Project Controls Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects by developing and managing project schedules and narratives. Your expertise will help us deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Scheduling:
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, including budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.
    • Utilize Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other scheduling software to analyze project schedules and review delay claims.
    • Report on findings and assist clients with time extension negotiations.
    • Ensure project planning and schedule standards are implemented.
  • Project Controls:
    • Develop and implement project dashboards and collaboration sites to support monitoring and status communication.
    • Collaborate with project teams to resolve review comments and perform quality control reviews.
    • Review progress measurement and earned value reporting.
    • Follow internal control safeguards to ensure accurate reporting.
  • General:
    • Assist in maintaining effective relationships with internal and external clients.
    • Proactively seek collaboration and cooperation.
    • Satisfactorily respond to client needs and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business.
  • Demonstrated experience in major transport design and/or construction projects.
  • Ability to interpret construction schedules.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Organizational and leadership skills.
