About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites, developing, managing, and reporting on safety, quality, scope, schedule, and budget. This requires excellent leadership skills, as you will hire, coach, and develop a team of Construction Managers & Project Engineers.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of multiple sites, ensuring predictable delivery within business cost and schedule expectations.
- Hiring, coaching, and developing a team of Construction Managers & Project Engineers.
- Strategic and tactical management of construction capacity delivery within Melbourne.
- Communication and guidance to Finance during the development and execution of capital budgets.
- Coordination with various teams supporting data center development and launch.
- Development and management of metrics quantifying performance within the region.
- Coordination with Business Development on land and facility acquisition.
- Management of the safety, cost, and quality of the data center deliverable.
