Data Center Construction Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Project Director to lead our team in delivering high-profile data center construction and fit-out projects.
About the Role- Provide strategic leadership and direction for data center construction and fit-out projects, ensuring successful project delivery within budget and timeframe.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project scope documents and detailed project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks that could impact timelines.
- Maintain strict budgets and track all project expenditures, ensuring cost-effective delivery and maximizing ROI.
- Oversee all construction and fit-out contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Implement robust quality assurance and control programs to guarantee project delivery meets industry standards and best practices.
- 5-10+ years' experience in large-scale Greenfield/Brownfield projects in the Data Centre industry or similar asset classes across the entire project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in project leadership, client representation, stakeholder management, scope and schedule management, budget control, contract administration, quality assurance/quality control, and communication/reporting.
- Strong understanding of data center industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Competitive salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
