**Night Duty Caregiver Role**

**High-Quality Accommodation and Care for Older People**

We are seeking a proactive Night Duty Caregiver to join our residential team at Ron Conn nursing home on a Part Time basis. The role will involve assisting residents with personal care, observing and reporting changes in their behavior or physical condition, and undertaking medication management procedures as directed by the Residential Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with personal care including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living
  • Observing and reporting changes in resident's behavior or physical condition
  • Undertaking medication management and treatment procedures as directed by the Residential Site Manager
  • Liaising with medical practitioners and other health services to provide relevant services for the care and wellbeing of the residents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care/Individual Support
  • Completion of medication administration unit (HLTHPS006 - Assist Clients with Medication)
  • Prior experience in housing & homelessness support, aged care, welfare, disability support, mental health or community/home care
