About the Role

Air Liquide Australia is a leading provider of gases, technologies, and services for industry in Australia. We are seeking a highly motivated and team-focused Engineering Graduate to join our Graduate Program in 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our day-to-day operations, maintenance, inventory control, safety, and quality activities.
  • Gain hands-on practical experience in plant production, reporting, and analysis.
  • Be involved in productivity and continuous improvement projects.
  • Learn and progress your understanding of operations through engagement with the operations team.
  • Develop troubleshooting skills during plant and facility issues and assist with solutions.
  • Prepare and review documents required by the Company, local regulatory, corporate safety, and industrial standards.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and values, particularly high levels of accountability, adaptability, and a commitment to ethics.
  • A passion for engineering coupled with recent qualifications in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Resilience and a desire to be challenged and pushed out of your comfort zone.
  • A team player with a keen interest in being hands-on and building collaborative working relationships with staff and customers.
  • A commitment to keeping yourself and others safe.
Eligibility
  • Valid work rights for a minimum of 18 months from January 2025.
  • Completed an undergraduate or postgraduate Engineering degree in the last three years or due to complete by December 2024.
  • Available to commence full-time employment from January 2025.
