Conflict Resolution Specialist

About this role:
This position requires a skilled professional to work collaboratively with entitlements managers and case handlers to provide expert legal and technical advice on matters relevant to case management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing authoritative legal and technical guidance on matters pertinent to case management;
- Representing the organization at Conciliation conferences;
- Regularly updating stakeholders about progress and outcomes.
Required expertise:
- Extensive experience within the workers' compensation industry and an in-depth understanding of workers' compensation legislation;
- Extensive experience in the workers' compensation eligibility process, case management, and technical management;
- Experience in dispute resolution;
- Advanced communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
