Investment Intelligence Coordinator Position Overview

The Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions is seeking a highly organized Investment Intelligence Coordinator to provide administrative support services to the Governance and Performance Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes, and program communications.
  • Supporting the G&P Team with administration and coordination tasks, including preparation of documents for various internal committees.
  • Providing advice and guidance to investment managers/staff within the Investment and Engagement Branch with respect to recording business engagements, complying with Fair Jobs Code requirements, processing payments, administering variations, completing investment outcomes, updating and maintaining key data fields in the Global Engagement Management System (GEMS).

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be responsive, and able to coordinate tasks, determine priorities, take initiative, and meet deadlines. They will also provide quality administrative support services and be able to manage conflicting time pressures.
