About the Role

As our Business Associate, you'll be working directly with senior leadership, providing essential administrative support to our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain high-level business exposure whilst supporting the strategic operations of our organisation. You'll be at the centre of our executive functions, providing critical analytical support, contributing to both day-to-day operations and exciting innovation projects, including cutting-edge AI initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

Developing and maintaining financial forecasts, trend analysis, and business projections to support strategic planning

Creating and maintaining financial models to support business case development and investment decisions

Providing direct administrative support to our leadership team

Leading and coordinating strategic projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope, tracking progress against goals and milestones

Supporting entity governance activities and compliance requirements

Handling ad hoc projects and tasks across various business functions

Participating in innovative AI projects and technology initiatives

Assisting with strategic projects and business development initiatives

Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What We're Looking For

Recent business, finance, or economics graduate or final-year student available for full-time work

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally

Enthusiasm for learning and professional development

Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently

Problem-solving mindset and adaptability

Professional demeanour and reliability

Interest in technology and innovation (AI experience a bonus but not required)
