At Mad Mex, we pride ourselves on serving Australia's finest Baja-style burritos, crafted with the freshest ingredients, flavorful salsas, and authentic Mexican spices. Role Overview

As a key member of our culinary team, you will embody our vision and values – "Fighting for Flavour" and "Defender of Freshness". Your primary responsibilities will include preparing fresh, healthy, and authentic Mexican cuisine and serving it with enthusiasm and a warm greeting.

Work Schedule

We are looking for individuals who can commit to working Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM for at least three days, with extended hours on Thursdays and occasional weekend availability.

Candidate Profile

Our ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, and possess a strong work ethic, committed to providing outstanding customer service. You should be able to follow recipes and checklists effectively. Previous experience in the food industry is a plus, but we offer comprehensive training for those eager to learn.
