Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality meals for our team members, using fresh ingredients and adhering to food safety standards.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, providing excellent customer service and support to our staff.
- Inspect kitchen equipment, supplies, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Order and manage inventory of food and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional meals.
- Monitor food freshness and quality, implementing measures to minimize waste and optimize our menu offerings.
- Maintain a safe and healthy kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Have a strong understanding of food hygiene standards and kitchen safety protocols.
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
