Role Overview

The term Luchadores refers to professional Mexican wrestlers, embodying our vision and values – "Fighting for Flavour" and "Defender of Freshness". As a Mad Mex Luchador, your primary responsibility will be to prepare fresh, healthy, and authentic Mexican cuisine while delivering it with a warm smile and a hearty HOLA. You will be expected to work across various service areas, including food preparation, grilling, counter service, and cashier duties. This role demands efficiency and speed in a fast-paced environment.

Availability Requirements

We prefer candidates who can work Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM for at least three days, with extended hours on Thursdays and some weekend availability as needed.

Candidate Profile

Our ideal Mad Mex Luchadores are friendly, enthusiastic, and possess a strong work ethic, committed to providing exceptional customer service. You should be able to follow recipes and checklists accurately. Previous experience in the food industry is a plus, but not mandatory, as we offer a comprehensive training program. A vibrant personality and eagerness to learn are essential.
