We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Specialist to provide exceptional positive behaviour support to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist individuals and their families/carers to identify needs through assessment and planning
- Evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans in high-needs settings
- Develop targeted goals and strategies using a person-centred approach, focused on eliminating restrictive practices
- Ensure individual plans reflect the goals, strengths and passions of those being supported
- Build knowledge and capacity among those who support individuals - family, carers, friends etc
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mentoring colleagues

About You- Current suitability at Proficient or Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is essential
- Significant experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern (professionally and/or personally) is required

- Genuine passion for working in disability sector
