Key Responsibilities

  • Advance our product design practice by implementing effective tooling, workflows, and rituals that promote excellence and growth.
  • Contribute to the growth of the team by modeling exceptional design standards and providing thoughtful feedback and mentorship.
  • Influence design rituals and processes to enhance collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving across disciplines.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic decisions, solve ambiguous problems, and deliver impactful outcomes.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of leading design on high-stakes initiatives.
  • A systems thinker able to design scalable solutions across brands, geographies, and use cases.
  • A craft leader who embodies attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and rigor in exploring, validating, and executing design solutions.
  • Experience mentoring designers and uplifting the people and processes around you.
  • A strong collaborator comfortable working closely with PMs, engineers, content designers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, bring clarity to fuzzy problems, and drive alignment with velocity.
  • Take initiative and ownership, while remaining adaptable and pragmatic.
  • Make informed decisions considering the bigger picture and opportunity costs.
  • Strong understanding of design processes and knowing when to implement them.
