Job Title: Senior Manager, Digital Design System

   Our organization is seeking an experienced leader to drive the strategy and evolution of our digital design system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive design system strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the design system supports user needs and drives business outcomes.
  • Scale accessibility and inclusive design through integrated system guidelines and components.
  • Manage design system operations, including tooling, documentation, process, versioning, and governance.
  • Coach and mentor a team of designers and system contributors.
  • Connect design system metrics to product quality and efficiency outcomes.
About You:
  • You are a seasoned design leader with expertise in design systems, UX/UI, and digital accessibility, with at least 3–5 years of experience managing a design system.
  • Experience working at scale – across multiple products, platforms, or regions.
  • Able to balance the craft of design with engineering and product delivery needs.
  • Clarity, structure, and energy in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Passionate about making design scalable, accessible, and impactful.
