We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Auto Electrician to join our team.
About the Role:- Promote and maintain a safe working environment through adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Assist with planned maintenance and complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Provide high-quality Auto-Electrical trade skills for unplanned or breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain equipment, attend to breakdowns, conduct servicing, or complete complex diagnostics as part of the underground team.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve high levels of accountability and build productive relationships.
- Provide regular feedback to Shift Maintenance Supervisors on job progress.
- A proven commitment to prioritizing personal wellbeing and confidence in speaking up when necessary.
- Australian recognized Auto-Electrical trade qualifications (or a closely related field) with experience in heavy machinery.
- Underground mining experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Relevant certifications such as Rigger, Dogger, Crane, FL, and Bridge & Gantry tickets are advantageous.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work effectively unsupervised.
- Effective communication skills across multiple levels and disciplines.
