About The Role:

Job Summary

As a key member of the Mobile Fleet Maintenance team, you will provide mechanical support to achieve individual, team, and site objectives in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and consistently follow standards and procedures to ensure safe and effective work practices.
  • Assist with planned maintenance tasks and complete assignments within specified timelines.
  • Utilize your mechanical trade skills to perform unplanned or breakdown maintenance.
  • Maintain equipment on the surface/workshop or as part of the underground team.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve high levels of accountability and build productive relationships.
  • Provide feedback to Shift Maintenance Supervisors on job progress.
About You

Requirements:

  • A proven commitment to maintaining your own wellbeing and the confidence to speak up when others are at risk.
  • Heavy Diesel Mechanic trade qualifications with experience in heavy machinery.
  • Underground mining experience is highly regarded but not essential for this position.
  • Rigger, Dogger, Crane, FL, and Bridge & Gantry tickets are advantageous.
  • Solid time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A proactive team player who can also work effectively unsupervised.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple levels and disciplines.
