Job Title: Service Quality Expert

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Service Quality Expert. As a key member of our Service Delivery & Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service quality across all our products and services.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage service assurance processes and activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve incidents and faults in a timely and efficient manner.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think logically and critically about complex problems.

As a Service Quality Expert, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting our customers' needs.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications and/or IT operations
  • Strong understanding of VoIP/SIP, NBN, Ethernet & Mobile technologies
  • Experience in contact centre environments is an advantage
  • Tertiary education in a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
