**Transportation Coordinator Position**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our operations team as a Transportation Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day scheduling and allocation of fleet, ensuring timely delivery of customer goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling and allocation of fleet to meet customer deadlines
  • Organise and supervise daily operations of warehouse and depot teams
  • Liaise with drivers and suppliers to ensure efficient communication and task delegation
  • Perform regular toolbox talks and record monthly performance metrics
  • Communicate effectively with customers and management regarding job progress and issues

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and industry
  • Experience with wharf and container operations
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Strong account management and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Fatigue Management and Road Traffic Act
