Regional General Manager - NSW/ACT

Acumen Health, part of the APM Group, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional General Manager to lead our NSW/ACT operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Return to Work services and managing a large team of Rehabilitation Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of high-quality Return to Work services, including clinical file reviews and KPI measurement.
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management with prime contractors and ADF stakeholders.
  • Contract performance management, including occupational rehabilitation and administrative staff.
  • People leadership, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Financial management, including P&L responsibility and budget management.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in an allied health discipline.
  • Occupational Rehabilitation or experience in a similar industry (min 5 years).
  • Strong business acumen and experience managing geographical territories.
  • Experience in leading a large team of leaders and people management.
  • Strong customer focus and passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes.
