About the Role

As a Quality Advisor at VMCH, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness of our Quality Management System and supporting governance across our Residential Aged Care division.

You will work closely with our teams to monitor quality of care and service systems through audits and data analysis, collate and analyze quality of care indicators, and identify and report regulatory compliance risk and gaps. Your expertise in quality and governance will be essential in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality by leading an outcomes-based approach.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and audit quality of care and service systems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Collate and analyze quality of care indicators to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
  • Identify and report regulatory compliance risk and gaps to senior management.
  • Lead a team to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality.
Your Requirements
  • Experience in quality or management within a service context.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of aged care and sector reforms.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to work in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
