Job Description

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our leadership team. This role involves hands-on leadership, actively involved in business decision-making, while ensuring compliance and business plan execution.

  • Ensures all accounting practices comply with all regulatory requirements
  • Complies, updates, and maintains all financial plans and forecasts
  • Administers and controls all cash management for the organization
  • Administration of all insurance matters in conjunction with local brokers
  • Liaises with internal and external auditors
  • Works closely with departments to ensure payroll management and efficiencies
  • Maintains a capital expenditure register
  • Proactively initiates communication with stakeholders
  • Grows, develops, and supports internal talent in all departments
Requirements

  • Extensive experience in senior finance roles
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
