Restaurant Manager

The incumbent oversees daily front-of-house operations, employee relations, profit and loss management, inventory control, and guest satisfaction.
- Manages food and beverage outlet staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Cultivates positive relationships with guests to answer questions, recommend menu items and beverages, and address complaints promptly.
- Develops and implements staffing plans and schedules for optimal coverage.
- Maintains high-quality food preparation and service standards.
- Monitors inventory levels, tracks daily and weekly requisitions, and collaborates with procurement to schedule supply deliveries.
- Achieves company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
- Maintains a professional restaurant image through adherence to cleanliness and appearance standards.
- Prompts accurate and timely completion of financial and HR/payroll administrative tasks.
- Ensures a safe working and guest environment.
This position requires strong leadership skills to supervise team members, communicate effectively, and make informed decisions.
