Job Description

This role requires a skilled and experienced culinary professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue kitchens. The Culinary Supervisor will report directly to the venue Chef de Cuisine and/or Sous Chef.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating menu preparation, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. They will also be expected to motivate staff, communicate effectively with team members and vendors, and adhere to company standards and regulations.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the success of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end club or restaurant setting
  • Culinary education or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
