Are you a seasoned Horticulture professional looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and supportive team environment?

We're seeking an experienced Production Area Leader to oversee our indoor glasshouse space, drive efficiency, and ensure the highest safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a small team of up to four casual staff to achieve optimal results.
  • Follow daily job lists, pick stock to standard, and perform chemical sprays when trained and required.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy area at all times.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for leading by example and reporting directly to the Production Manager. We offer full training, variety in work, and a collaborative team environment that fosters growth and learning.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • A strong background in Horticulture, preferably with experience as an Area Leader or similar role.
  • The ability to lift weights regularly throughout the day.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
  • A reliable and hardworking attitude, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
