Our organization is seeking an experienced Horticultural Team Manager to lead our prestigious, award-winning horticultural site.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a passion for horticulture, and the ability to work with cutting-edge technology and advanced machinery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of landscape maintenance professionals to ensure that all tasks are completed successfully and to a high standard.

In addition to leading your team, you will engage with clients and represent the organization on-site, handle administrative tasks such as pre-starts, reporting, and SWMS, and perform mowing, maintenance, and horticultural tasks using specialized machinery and hand tools.

You will also conduct detailed horticultural work, including pruning, planting, mulching, and site management, manage irrigation systems, and identify opportunities for site improvements and enhancements.

Finally, you will maintain a safe and compliant working environment by enforcing WHS standards and assist with seasonal planting designs and implementation.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens (preferred), a driver's license (manual or automatic), and a National Police Check (willing to obtain at our expense).
