Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist other healthcare employees to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.">
  • Build partnerships with patients, respecting their dignity and focusing on their health and wellbeing.">
  • Work within a supporting team to coordinate and deliver patient care.">
  • Provide complex clinical care, including wound dressing, medication administration, condition assessments, and referrals.">
  • Enter reports and observations on the computer program.">
  • Evaluate and maintain care plans to meet changing patient needs.">

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse DIV 1 - Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Registration.">
  • 2+ years previous experience in aged care (desirable).">
  • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of the computer program (desirable).">
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety responsibilities, including manual handling principles.">
  • Knowledge of aged care legislation and accreditation (highly regarded).">
  • Current First Aid Certificate.">
  • Valid police check clearance.">
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.">
