Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to improve recruitment and training processes within Virtual Health.

This is a full-time fixed-term position requiring direction to Virtual Health Clinical Leadership and Workforce support teams to ensure efficacious recruitment and delivery of training. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring high quality patient care through evidence-based guidelines and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Virtual Health teams to enhance recruitment, training, and patient care standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define training deliverables and ensure quality care.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, management, development, and performance appraisal.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs and staff development initiatives.
  • Manage on-call responsibilities and uphold ethical practices.
Requirements
  • Registered nurse with 3+ years of healthcare experience and AHPRA registration.
  • Expertise in Virtual Health Services and patient care quality standards.
