About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Culinary Team Leader to join our dynamic kitchen team at Frontline Recruitment. As a Senior Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop seasonal menus that showcase fresh, local ingredients.

- Manage stock, suppliers, and inventory control to optimize kitchen operations.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a busy venue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive success.
- Creativity in menu design and presentation to impress customers.
