Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned structural engineer to deliver high-quality engineering services throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Providing technically excellent engineering designs and consultancy services to clients.
  • Collaborating with other structural offices and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Mentoring and facilitating the technical development of junior resources.
  • Assisting with bid preparation and submittals.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Fostering a culture of safety and quality within the team.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • A significant amount of experience at a Senior Engineer level, preferably in consulting engineering.
  • Experience with structural investigations and construction phase inspections.
  • A flexible professional able to work on projects from minor reviews to major structural developments.
  • Previous responsibility across the full project lifecycle.
  • Chartered Engineering status is highly desirable.

Key Skills:

  • An understanding of relevant Australian codes and standards.
  • Demonstrated capability in designing RC/PT concrete, structural steel, and mass timber structures.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software such as RAM Concept, RAPT, Spacegass, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
