Job Title: Nurturing Children's Educator

We are seeking a skilled professional to create engaging and educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years.

This permanent full-time position involves designing and implementing curriculum programs that promote children's learning and development. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to establish a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that supports the needs of all children and their families.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive educational programs catering to the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of community and cooperation
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and cultural development
  • Effectively communicate with children, families, and staff to share information and promote collaboration
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma level qualification in early childhood education or related field
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Understanding of child protection and mandatory reporting policies and practices
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
  • Working with Children Check verification number
