Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in structural engineering, focusing on bridges and transport structures
  • Chartered member of Engineers Australia and Registered Professional Engineer Victoria (RPEV)
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing small project teams and mentoring junior engineers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in structural analysis and design software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
