We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at McLean Care, providing physiotherapy services to people across our client service delivery footprint who live in a range of aged care settings around Australia.
Your clinical intervention will take a holistic approach to pain management, strength and balance, therapeutic services and falls prevention, enabling residents to maintain their independence for longer.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including registered nurses, specialty nurses and allied health professionals, to achieve high-quality physical interventions and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physiotherapy services to clients in a range of aged care settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality physical interventions
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and intervene to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Minimum degree qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical-based physiotherapy
- Demonstrated knowledge of broad client needs, particularly ageing clients
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of autonomy and time management excellence
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and solution-focused workstyle
- Confident computer literacy skills and ability to learn new systems
