About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at McLean Care, providing physiotherapy services to clients across Australia through our innovative telehealth platform.

As a Physiotherapist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to clients, focusing on pain management, strength and balance, therapeutic services, and falls prevention. Your goal will be to improve clients' quality of life by using a variety of treatments to alleviate pain and restore function.

You will be connected with Clinicians and Allied Health professionals across Australia to achieve high-quality physical interventions, focusing on assessment, treatment plan creation, and intervention to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum degree qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical-based physiotherapy
  • Demonstrated knowledge of broad client needs, particularly ageing clients
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of autonomy and time management excellence
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and solution-focused workstyle
  • Confident computer literacy skills, and ability to learn new systems
  • Affinity to maintaining professional knowledge and skills to provide superior physiotherapy services

Desirable skills include:

  • Demonstrated success working within an aged care setting, or supporting elderly clients
  • Previous experience working in a telehealth setting
  • Working knowledge of residential aged care environments
