About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Physiotherapist to lead our clinical team at Alta Allied Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth and development of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing management for a diverse patient base.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Clinical Excellence: Utilize state-of-the-art VALD technology and evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Education & Advocacy: Conduct patient education sessions and community outreach programs to promote health and well-being.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to the clinic's growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
  • A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Proven experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced physiotherapy techniques and technology.
  • Professional independence and ability to manage a varied caseload.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
