Senior Physiotherapist RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Physiotherapist to lead and shape the delivery of physiotherapy services within our clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician who is not only dedicated to patient care but also eager to take on a leadership position. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical care, driving the growth of the clinic, and contributing to the research and development team.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing management for a diverse patient base, including musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists and allied health professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Clinical Excellence: Utilize state-of-the-art VALD technology and evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes, staying updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Education & Advocacy: Conduct patient education sessions and community outreach programs to promote health and well-being, and advocate for the importance of physiotherapy within the broader healthcare landscape.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records, contribute to the clinic's growth strategies, and participate in team meetings and case conferences.
- Full registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Proven experience in a leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of advanced physiotherapy techniques and technology.
- Professional independence and ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
