Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Build crucial partnerships with stakeholders to facilitate the formulation and execution of a plan for developing a robust supply base.
  • Create and oversee a high-performing team consisting of procurement professionals.
  • Develop and implement sourcing plans that maximize the use of category suppliers and ensure uniform standards across vendors.
  • Manage stakeholders and procurement teams to ensure that both direct and indirect procurement needs are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Extensive experience in a professional procurement role, preferably within a multi-national organization.
  • Commercial acumen to lead complex contract negotiations.
  • A proven track record of implementing procurement strategies and delivering value through associated sourcing activities.
  • Demonstrable understanding of key suppliers and supply market dynamics.
  • High levels of integrity and accountability.
