About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting role for a dynamic and community-focused individual who wants to contribute to the delivery of people and culture functions. As a People and Culture Administration Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, record keeping, and other day-to-day activities that support staff across the organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and coordinating induction sessions.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service through clear, consistent, and helpful guidance.
- Maintain employee records, update HR systems, and provide administrative assistance across people and culture functions.
