We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support our People & Culture team in administrative tasks, focusing on Learning and Development functions.
- Maintain accurate information in our Learning Management System (LMS) and HRIS.
- Contribute to regular and accurate reporting of L&D activities.
- Communicate training information clearly to staff.
- Liaise with internal and external training providers regarding training bookings and administration.
- Support onboarding processes for new starters.
- Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team, including interview bookings and candidate communication.
