**About the Role**

As a People and Culture Project Lead, you will become a key member of a dynamic and passionate People and Culture team dedicated to embracing best practices while driving innovative and forward thinking people solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Council's Enterprise Negotiations, along with several other strategic projects, ensuring that employee engagement and the integration of contemporary benefits are central to all decision-making processes.
- 5+ years' experience as a strategic Human Resources professional
- Strong background in employee relations matters
- Experience in project management
