About the Role

This position is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in culture and people management. As a People Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support on people-related matters across the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to people-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing employment advice to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Creating, reviewing, and approving position moves to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Maintaining system structures and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Alerting and rectifying errors according to governance protocols.

About You

We are seeking an exceptional individual with excellent administration and organisational skills. You should be able to demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and high accuracy.

A background in retail operations or experience with SAP-based systems would be highly beneficial.
