Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced partner manager to join our team in APAC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing value-added resellers (VARs) and global systems integrators (GSIs) across the region.
">This role entails fostering strong ties with our VARs and GSIs, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to successfully promote our products and solutions. You will identify and onboard new channel partners to grow our presence in the APAC market, collaborate with partners to develop tailored marketing strategies that align with business objectives, and conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure partner understanding and effective use of our products.
">In addition, you will track partner performance and effectiveness, provide support and guidance to optimize their growth, and deliver insightful feedback to internal teams regarding partner needs, market insights, and competitive landscape. You will also develop annual partner business plans to outline key objectives, sales targets, and strategies, as well as coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align on joint initiatives and promotional activities.

Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
