ERP Applications Support Specialist

This role is part of a financial leadership team, responsible for leading Oracle Financial and EPM functional analysis to resolve business operations issues. The incumbent also ensures timely upgrades, patching, testing, and implementation of system modifications and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of analysts; oversee enhancement, modification, upgrade, and patch implementation; monitor project progression.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to implement approved changes/updates into production.
  • Resolve Level 1 and 2 non-technical support issues for business owners, system users, and stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

Six years of experience in overseeing financial systems and processes, managing analysts, leading business teams, providing project management oversight, and supporting Oracle-based solutions. Must have knowledge of public sector accounting and municipal financial operations.
